Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques.
Provide hands-on expert technical guidance and mentorship to the software development team on daily basis.
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
Collaborates with Product Management and Operations to ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
Work closely with Product Management Team and Software Project Manager to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes i.e. coordinate in recruitment for having right people (in right quantity) in the team.
Strategize product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
Follow our competitors and the industry.
Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices
