About the Position

Reports to the Vice President of Product, Maropost is looking for a talented individual to join our Integrations & Self-Service capability team, based in our Chandigarh, India office. Maropost is a key partner within an ever-expanding MarTech ecosystem. Your mission is to help our customers leverage Maropost, its capabilities and its data in ways that allow them to achieve greater insights and time to value.

Your Opportunity

  • Participate in creating the product vision, roadmap, and content presentations
  • Articulate & support our India associates understanding of the product vision & priorities
  • In collaboration, with the Product Manager, Integrations & Self-Service, refine the product backlog
  • Decompose epics into stories ensuring that non-functional requirements are included and incorporated into each iteration
  • Develop story acceptance criteria, this includes validation that the story has the appropriate persistent acceptance tests, and that it otherwise meets our Definition of Done
  • In collaboration with development team leads - size, sequence and schedule stories
  • Coordinate with other Business Analyst & Product Managers, capturing cross platform dependencies
  • Partner with the development team to successfully deliver in scope and on time
  • Participate in Go to Market Activities as they relate to your released features

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of API’s, Webhooks, Web and Mobile technologies (UX best practices is a nice to have)
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner / Product Manager.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a software / tech development environment (Experience in a tech startup preferred.)
  • A degree in business, computer science, engineering or equivalent
  • High-level of competency required in effectively eliciting and documenting product requirements
  • Well versed in the principles of Lean, Agile, Kanban
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, adjust for risk, and prioritize product backlog
  • Advanced level user in: Office 365 (working knowledge of Aha!, Pivotal Tracker, Sketch, Miro Asana and InVision is a nice to have)
  • Ability to think rationally and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to deliver on objectives as demonstrated in Iteration reviews/demos
