As a Solutions Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and product knowledge in the sales process in support of and in partnership with our team of Account Executives. The Solutions Engineer also works with our Product Development team as a conduit for market and customer feedback.

-Conduct onsite or remote executive level presentations and facilitate group discussions
-Build and present customized demos/presentations
-Represent the product to customers at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
-Respond effectively to RFI/RFPs on questions pertaining to our products
-Participate in educating the account management and sales team in new product functionality
-Understand the customer needs and assess how our products can best address those needs
-Participation in product planning and feedback as required
-Support product marketing function by providing occasional copy and creative content
-Assist in setting client expectations and hand-off to implementation team
-Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar position is required to be successful. A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
