Sales Enablement Manager

In this role, you will equip the sales team to exceed their goals.  In close partnership with Product Marketing and Sales leadership, you will build and deliver the Sales Enablement program, including onboarding, collateral and ongoing coaching and training.  You’ve been there, done that in a start-up or high-growth setting and relish the challenge of doing it all over again.

 Responsibilities

-Design, deliver and manage Sales onboarding with an aim to ramp new Account Executives quickly and effectively

-Build and deliver an ever-evolving Sales training curriculum using a variety of delivery methods and leading to sales mastery

-Create a coaching and feedback process for sales teams to optimize performance and results

 Qualifications 

Demonstrated success designing and executing a Sales Enablement program.  Expertise in Learning and Development, particularly adult learning.  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.  SaaS experience strongly preferred.
