About you: 

  • You have extensive experience recruiting Sales and Technology and hard to fill roles 

  • You want to design, implement, and execute effective recruitment strategies 

  • You clarify the real business needs and position requirements to ensure the best matches to our positions and quick turnaround on requisitions 

  • You always stay informed of cutting-edge trends in recruiting and always propose improvements 

  • You love people and build and maintain strong relationships and like to exceed expectations of all customers including candidates, hiring managers, and business partners 

  • You understand and implement best practices in the candidate experience and understand that a no today could be a yes tomorrow 

  • You proactively recruit top talent at all timesalways recruit even when you are not recruiting 

  • You establish credibility by thoroughly reviewing all candidate information to ensure it meets all expectations set by leadership and only providthe best matches for each position 

  • You have rocked the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, interviewing and closing 

  • You have a desire to have a deep understanding of our business, industry, products and processes, staffing requirements, and short and long-term objectives 

  • You partner with all your colleagues and clients to develop and deliver services that drive higher business results 

  • You promote a workplace culture recognized as fair, respectful, inclusive, and challenging 

  • You know what it takes to engage and secure the best people 

 Skills and experience 

  • You’ve been hustling to source and recruit professionals for 2-5 years 

  • You know your way around ATS and sourcing tools andof courseoffice tools 

  • You can think outside the box and are naturally inspired by a challenge 

  • Despite being creative (and of course charming) you are also able to juggle multiple priorities
